Oil Removal Systems
The Jenfab Oil Coalescing system has been proven to effectively remove up to 98% of non-emulsified oil globules as small as 20 microns in size. The cleaning solution is fed from the wash tank to the oil coalescing system. The oil is separated out and the clean solution is simply return to the wash tank.
When using our oil coalescing system with an agitation tank to clean parts, Jenfab’s uses a unique Tank sparger system, used to skim the tank surface clean preventing parts from becoming re-contaminated as they are raised to the surface. The Sparger system will push the floating contaminates into a weir that feeds the oil coalescing system. With the oil removed from the bath, the clean solution is pumped back across the tank surface acting as a sparger to keep the top tank surface clean.
Jenfab’s coalescing oil separation machines are skid mounted, pre-piped and pre-wired for quick reconnection in your plant.
Chip Removal Systems
Jenfab uses Powerful Submerged Spray System combined with vertical agitation and basket rotation to remove chips and fines from the parts and collects them in the easily cleanable chip collection system.
Jenfab’s Conical bottom tanks with a center collection inline with the filtration pump has been proven to be very effective at removing the unwanted chips from the cleaning solutions. The pump used is designed to handle a heavy chip load. Our Filter systems are mounted in stainless steel drip pans, pre-piped and wired and shipped for easy reconnection.
